Your guide to getting into badminton
Whether you’re looking to get fit, indulge your competitive side or just have a laugh and meet some new mates, badminton could be the sport for you.
As you leap, stretch and swing that racquet, you’ll be using a wide array of muscles, helping you keep trim and toned. Every smash, drop or serve is a mini-workout. It’s good for concentration too.
