2017 Women's Lacrosse World Cup
Surrey Sports Park
12 July 2017 - 22 July 2017
Fast and physical, the Women’s Lacrosse World Cup is coming back to the UK in July 2017.
Taking elements from games like basketball, rugby and hockey, a record 30 teams will compete for glory at the Surrey Sports Park in Guildford.
It will be the third time England has hosted the World Cup, following 1982 and 2001.
Lacrosse sees players use a long-handled racket to manoeuvre a rubber ball into the opponent’s goal, by either passing or carrying it in netting attached to the end.
With England looking to better their fourth place finish in 2013, and the United States defending champions, the stakes will be high.
News on tickets will be announced soon. Get the latest information via the official website.
